PRE TRAVEL SOCCER 4, 5 & 6 YEARS OLDS

NSFC runs a training program for players born in 2020 and 2019 during the weekday with NSFC director Ross Bristow.

Currently this Spring season players train on Tuesday's from 5:00 - 6:00 PM

Cost - $225 (FULL CAPACITY) 22 players currently registered.

WINTER SOCCER TRAINING

Training for 4 - 6 year olds (additional cost) registration available in October.

Saturday's
9:00 - 10:00 am
December - March (10 weeks)

AYSO 163 - LAKE FOREST

Players that are 4 years old and older and are too young to join our NSFC club teams at 'U8' can register for our in house pre travel program 'AYSO 163' in Lake Forest.

The AYSO 163 program is a recreation program for players to train with our professional NSFC coaches and to play in house games or league games against other AYSO teams on weekends. AYSO teams practice once per week with a professional NSFC coach and play games on weekends with their assigned volunteer licensed coach.

AYSO 163 is the feeder program to our NSFC teams. Players transition from AYSO to North Shore FC joining at the 'U8 division' team level.

Fall & Spring 2025-2026

U6 is co-ed.
Co-ed, games are played on Sunday afternoons
One weekly practice with NSFC Director Ross Bristow
Games on weekends (1 hour) 30 minutes of training and 30 minutes of scrimmage with assigned volunteer coach.
Uniform and ball provided provided in cost

U8 AYSO
Players born 2019 and older
Fall & Spring 2025-2026
